Introduced agile methodologies to Cerner as the first organization to leverage at scale; Initiated an agile training program and best practices that improved productivity across the entire engineering organization. • Leveraged the platform to overhaul the usability for Cerner’s primary clinical products and expand the product suite to support 50+ specialty workflows. These advancements helped return Cerner to an EHR market leading position in 2 years as recognized by industry research firm KLAS, “Cerner has taken a 180-degree turn;” Today the platform averages 1.7 million unique users and 6 billion transactions per month across the 383 clients that adopted the solution. • Met directly with clients on a regular basis to solicit feedback and innovate agilely. Handpicked by the CEO to be the Engineering executive responsible for Cerner’s showcase innovation project – developing workflow improvements unique to Intermountain Healthcare across it’s 23 hospitals and 170 clinics.
