Director board's consultant:1. Law consultant to director board of Vietnam investment law, import export tax law,VAT law, customs law..co ordinating with related dept to prepare needed application for investment license, tax code.2.Logistic/ Import & export: reorganize IE dept' structure, manpower, logistic, customs clearance expense,import & export shipment planning, warehouse reporting system, to increase working performance and minimize the expenses.3.Compliance & HRD:+Supporting director board to set up information management system, cross working functions of each division, training team work.+Consulting director board to build SA8000-08 management system ( Social accountability management ), labor law and compliance docs, internal auditor, certification.+Even organizer: organize and manage event ( Noel,New year..) to assurance workers' trust, increase working peformance, hard working attitude and increase company's reputation in public. Supporting director board to make good relations with local authority.4.Projects:+ Establish a kindergarten school for company's workers & staff.Prepare for application, manpower plan, management system.+ Domestic sales: prepare for establishing domestic sales scheme, make application and register company trade mark,brand name with National office of Intellectual property of Vietnam to get certification.

Main Duties:+ Supervise and cotrolling customs clearance plan for import shipments ( machinery, vehicle, material..).+ Coordinates with Sales manager to to ensure implementation of production plan.+ Supervise and cotrolling export shipment base on shipment plan.+ Supervise and cotrolling customs clearance plan for export shipments .+ Coordinates with sales teams & packing section to ensure Ex -fty plan on time,+ Controlling & managing C/O & Visa applying procedure+ Making & supervising export shipment report.+ Making contract finalization plan+ Making & supervising application documents for contract finalization customs office.+ Solving imported material problem may arise during making contract finalization with customs office and minimizing expense occur.+ Controlling & managing transportation plan, loading & unloading plan.+ controlling warehouse and raw supplier.+ Controlling & managing loading & unloading plan.+ Making & controlling expense plan & actual expense report for import shipmens.+ Making & controlling expense plan & actual expense report for export shipmens.+Ensuring supply finished goods and other sales items to internal/external customers.+Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles.+ Coaches and trains import & export staff, prepares on job training programs. Evaluate performance of staff, recommends promotion, additional training or termination.+ Prepares annual manpower plan. Makes sure all vacant positions are filled in coordination with Human resource dept.+ Establish Import & export working procedures in comply with company’s code of conduct.+ Coordinates with Accounting Dept to ensure making VAT report & VAT refunding on time .+ Establish recording system that will ensure accurate recording of import & export figures and analysis to make timely and precise reports for company management and future planning.
