In this role I am responsible for developing new policies, updating existing policies, and documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures and practices to meet the Bureau’s mobility strategy. Lead teams of contractors to deliver solutions; maintain knowledge of all mobile device technologies in use and acts as an escalation point for support and implementation teams; and collaborate closely with leadership to secure resources, ensure strategic alignment, and evaluate program results. Leads architecting for a modern mobile device management solution. This includes providing a secure mobile environment, deployment of mobile devices and mobile applications, enrollment of mobile devices into the Unified EndPoint Management (UEM) solution, troubleshooting implementation and connectivity issues, and providing ongoing operational support of mobile devices and mobile applications.

Oversees application development and technology solutions such as MS Office 365. Partners closely with business units and their respective product owners to set solution expectations and goals. Actively facilitates and coordinates approaches technology solutions for business problems. Actively communicate with Bureau and T&I partners. Collaborates broadly with T&I and Operations offices to address specific internal requirements (audits, compliance, etc.) Oversees the work of contractors to ensure the work meets customer expectations and technology compliance. Provides quarterly feedback to vendors and raises issues with the Contracting Officer Representative(s). Develops and presents cost, level-of-effort estimates, and risk/risk mitigation strategies for new initiatives and existing products and solutions. Supports fiscal budget activities and participate in governance activities to ensure work products meets standards and compliance requirements. Develops technology roadmaps with product owners and others in Enterprise Platforms and T&I, and collaborates to create viable project plansRepresents the team in T&I and Bureau meetings and other engagements, and represents the Bureau in inter-agency meetings and events and conferences.
