People often say why the Hospitality industry, but as one of the fastest growing industries which offers variety, great training and fantastic opportunities for someone who would not enjoy sitting behind a desk all day it seemed the obvious choice. I left school and did a hospitality apprenticeship and was then lucky enough to work with the HRH Group during the UCI Road World Championships. Following this I started my career in 5* establishments and am currently loving my job as a Storyteller at Heston’s The Fat Duck. Working in hospitality is fun, every day is a learning experience and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else! I am passionate about the whole customer experience and making sure that every single person who walks through the door has the most incredible time.
