My responsibilities include identifying and developing partnerships that will help scale business growth for Kahua and our partners. I am focused on 4 key areas for growth:• Consulting Partners – Partners who provide business process and technology implementation services for applications on our platform• Reseller Partners – Partners who want to sell our B2B communication platform as a service• Development Partners – Partners who want to develop and sell applications on the Kahua Platform as a service• Business and Technology Partners – Partners who offer complimentary businesses or technologies that can help Kahua and the partner drive business growthI work closely with the rest of the Kahua team to make sure we coordinate all efforts to maximize results for the company and our partners.

Delivered year over year sales growth in territories across the southeastern US. Responsible for sales of Autodesk’s AEC products. Worked closely with partners to deliver solutions to customers.

Worked with Autodesk Territory Managers and Autodesk Channel Partners throughout the southeastern US to develop capabilities to deliver solutions to the construction industry.

Helped establish Autodesk’s major account program for direct sales to construction companies. Worked with some of the largest national and global construction companies to establish and grow Autodesk solution awareness and adoption.

Managed direct sales team for Autodesk Constructware and Buzzsaw

Managed direct sales team. Worked closely with leadership team to develop and evolve go to market strategy. Helped grow sales from around $5 Million per year in 2001 to over $19 Million in 2005 resulting in sale of the company to Autodesk.

Sold IBM, Compaq, and HP computer hardware and integration services to accounts based in the southeastern US. Roles included, Major Account Manager, Sales Manager and Area Vice President. Multiple top sales awards including President’s Club (top 10%) every year and multiple Golden Circle (Top 1%) awards. Closed multiple multi-million dollar deals with companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Holiday Inn, Randstad and others.
