I am an Associate Professor of Anthropology at Michigan State University, where I have been teaching and conducting research. I have a PhD in Biological Anthropology from the University of Florida, and I am a certified forensic anthropologist by the American Board of Forensic Anthropology.My research focuses on human variation, biodistance, and population variability, with a specific interest in the assessment of population affinity in modern populations using macromorphoscopic trait expression in parametric and non-parametric classification models.
