About Joe Hernandez

Senior electrical designer with 35 years of experience in the MEP field. Started the MEP field as a hand drafter in the early 80’s while attending college. Throughout the years I have had exposure to many different types of MEP designs such as K through 12 schools, higher education, commercial building, retail, churches, laboratories, government facilities, correctional facilities, cleanrooms & semi-conductor facilities and some healthcare. Highlights of my career include over 20 years of facility type design subcontracted for Intel Corporation and government contracts where designs were created and overseen during the construction phase. This has given me the ability to have an understanding of both the design and construction phases of a project. I am a self-motivated individual that requires minimal oversight to complete a project from design through construction.
