Managed over 100 accounts through meeting with key decision makers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to EarthLink Business.Maintain and build on a complete knowledge base of EarthLink’s extensive product lineup of dedicated and switched Voice/Data services, Hosted IP Voice, and Infrastructure as a Service solutions.Utilize product knowledge base and applied professional sales process to partner with Sr. AEs and implement solutions that solve customer business challenges.Work with Project Management and Provisioning groups to ensure smooth implementation of services after point of sale or service change need.Escalate service issues with repair to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.Maintain expert knowledge of EarthLink Business products and services; understand our differentiators that provide a competitive edge compared to competition.

Manage over 800 business accounts; maintain constant contact with decision makers of each company to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to Broadview. Maintain a proficient understanding of Broadview's extensive product lineup of dedicated and switched Voice/Data services, hosted IP phone systems, and cloud based SaaS/ITaaS solutions.Utilize product knowledge and apply professional sales process to consult with customers, discover their needs, create an appropriate solution, and guide the customer to a wise purchasing decision that increases their productivity and/or cut costs.Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure a smooth implementation of services after point of sale.Escalate re-occurring service issues through clarification of customer position/issue and relating necessary information to proper departments to ensure a quick solution.

Prospect for new business through phone and face-to-face cold calls and referrals.Responsible for assessing the skill level of business and IT professionals and using the assessment to enroll them in business and technology courses suited to increase their productivity.Advise IT and software application professionals of proper course methodology necessary to receive consistently evolving IT and application certifications. Maintain over 250 business accounts in the greater Philadelphia area through constant communication in person and by telephone with decision making points of contact in each respective company.Consistently adjust and update registration and course records for all clients.
