I drove significant enhancements to equipment, technology and capability which streamlined our workflows, increased leadership and staff engagement and reduced travel and video conferencing costs.Project-managed the agency’s digital signage trial and subsequent rollout across service centres. Services Australia can now deliver targeted communication for specific customer cohorts across 318 sites, including translated information for multicultural and Indigenous customers. Managing a high performing team of production staff and contractors to direct broadcast quality live events, with high attendance, positive client feedback and a substantial reduction in travel costs. My commitment to quality live streaming earned me the Communications Division Hank Jongen Award ‘for going above and beyond to deliver service excellence’.Collaborated with brand and design areas to develop new brand assets for video production and support the rollout of the new Services Australia brand.
