• Work with company leadership at all levels to plan & implement technology needs• Assure appropriate technology is in place and is functioning to support the core business process• Responsible for the operating stability, efficiency & security of the company’s data & telephonic systems & infrastructure• Responsible for database management, data-mining & business reporting for departments such as Operations, Client Services & Finance• Tier 2 & 3 technical support

• Direct daily operations of I.T. department• Supervise & coordinate IT staff, consultants, developers & vendors• Manage the operating budget of the IT department• HIPAA security officer• Maintain Information Technology Policies & Procedures to govern the acceptable use & controls of technology within the organization• Maintain I.T. • Manage Microsoft Windows, Active Directory network including: TCP/IP protocol, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, network infrastructure including firewalls, wireless access, VPN remote access, switches• Support systems & software including MS Exchange, MS SQL, MS Office, Backup Exec, antivirus and various other applications• Support end-user workstations, peripherals, & BYOD• Manage network security via hardware and software measures as well as monitoring and polices implemented to comply with HIPAA requirements• Maintain documentation on network specifications and procedures• Manage hardware & software, including support contracts, licensing, & lifecycles, upgrades & additions- Manage & support telecom system for crisis callcenter, including CTI, ACD, IVR & advanced call routing for several hundred incoming numbers as well as incoming text & webchat communications

• Administration and support of contracted client’s Windows & Novel networks• Planning and implementing new installations and upgrades of hardware and software.• Responsible for maintaining network and server stability, efficiency and security including managing backups and antivirus.• Managed client systems such as Microsoft Exchange, remote access via Citrix & Terminal Services, as well as many end-user software applications• Support end-user workstations & other peripheral devices including printers, scanners, PDA’s• Setup & managed client firewalls & routers including 3Com, Linksys & Symantec brands; wireless access for laptops, workstations & print-servers; Point-of-Sale terminals & printers.• Worked with clients managing software licensing.

• In-house setup, troubleshooting and repair of photocopiers, facsimile machines, printers and digital multi-function devices• Technical consultant to field service technicians, sales representatives, and customers regarding such machines.
