Pipeline Operations

My position is called a Route Sales Manager. I am a Commercial Dish Washing Machine technician. I service commercial dish machines on a monthly bases. I consult with General Mangers and Executive Chefs about the correct and most effective chemicals to use at their establishment. I am responsible for over 120 different customers within my route. I provide 5 star service to all my customers, providing the best possible result at the lowest possible cost.

Responsible for maintaining a memorable experience for each and every guest that arrives at The Boca Raton Resort Beach Club. Delivering Five-Diamond service every day. As the cars pull up, our staff is posted and waiting to open the car doors, assist with luggage, and walk the guest(s) to the front desk.

Duties included : Estimating new jobs, sending proposal to potential client. Painting interior/exterior hi end homes in palm beach and Broward counties. Pressure clean roofs, homes, driveways, patios, pool decks, screen enclosures, playground sets.

As the Operations Manager at B.F. Saul I am responsible for the day to day operation of the hotel. I oversee 20 employees in all three departments. Those departments include the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. I am responsible for creating purchase orders and placing orders to stock the hotel with all guest amenities both in room and throughout the property. I also am responsible for the ordering of all food and beverages for breakfast and the market. I hold weekly meetings and get feedback from the rest of the team to see where we stand as a team as well as maintaining the quality of work. I conduct all the interviews, and have a say in the hiring process. I create the schedule on a weekly basis. I take inventory and keep the storage rooms in order as well as inspecting vacat ready rooms before a guest is checked in.

I assisted in the recovery phase for homeowners who have experienced damage to thier home due to natural causes, pipe breaks, toilet over flows etc.I negotiated finale dollar amounts with major insurance companies to ensure that the homeowner recieves the correct payment in order to replace the damage.
