Recently negotiated new 3 year telecommunications contract which will allow a 300-500% increase in bandwidth at all 8 warehouses and reduce overall telecom costs by over 13% annually. Successfully rolled out several new SaaS(Cloud) based solutions (Mercurygate, Salesforce.com, Smartsheet, C3, and Paycor), which have provided increased productivity, visibility and functionality for both employees and customers.

Managed $12 million program to integrate and deploy Salesforce.com (SFDC) to 2200+ sales users as enterprise CRM (SFA) solution to replace existing legacy applications, allowing for complete lead to order process. Estimated to have a 40% ROI when fully deployed with a 10 year savings of more than $275 million. Effort was the first to integrate with Master Data Management (MDM) system, Operational Data Store (ODS) and Enterprise Product Catalog.

Responsible for multiple applications across the organization including Customer Service (Call Center), Pricing, Worker’s Compensation, Digital Dispatch, Cargo Claims, Tracking, Workforce Management, Knowledge Management, Vehicle Maintenance and Reverse Logistics Distribution. Responsible for 20+ full-time development resources across multiple campuses, in addition to off-shore and near-shore developer analysts. Managed 36,000 hour customer service, multiple pricing systems project, which was accomplished in 7 months with approximately 30 resources. Project achieved ROI in less than 6 months and generated approx. $1.5 million in additional weekly revenue.

Performed lead and project management roles for PeopleSoft AP, GL, Budget, HRMS, and Payroll systems. Led effort to create a custom built budget system in PeopleSoft using web enablement prior to PeopleSoft rolling out a web-based version. This allowed for savings of over $1 million annually by reducing costs across 370 terminals.

Maintained companies billing systems and served as lead on conversion effort from legacy billing system to a package solution called CISPlus. Effort involved conversion and configuration of 450,000 customers along with coding of complex tariff and rate calculations.

Supported network and applications in the marketing area, along with conversion of COBOL programs for Y2K.
