Provid an efficient and effective site management and maintenance service to the group of schools, working across all sites; ensuring that the security and maintenance of the properties and sites are maintained to high standards meeting the necessary legal requirementsResponsible for the day to day maintenance and compliance of the school buildings, this is a high profile role which requires the candidate to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of school staff.  Observing safe working practices, able to take and observe instruction from technical consultants, contractors and strategic leads. To liaise with the Estates Team to ensure comprehensive cover over all sites.  Main duties include developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.  Evaluating the efficiency of controls towards continuous improvements.  Revision of procedures and protocols and reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
