Utilising a number of data mining systems and tools, close interaction with other business departments. Supporting the resolution of revenue leakage or charging issues.

Liaison between the business units and IT Dept. hosting workshops with key stakeholders, subject matter experts and business stakeholders to achieve the project deliverables.

Responsible for the data configuration and tariff maintenance on the production post-paid billing system, specifying and creating tariffing deployment scripts of tariff plans, bundles, rates and billing codes to facilitate end to end testing and release onto the production post-pay billing system.

Ensuring the day to day integrity and operation of IT equipment under Billing Operations.

Completing daily scheduled work as designed by senior operators. Ensuring batch & major jobs process in a timely manner i.e. day end, billing, credit card payments & direct debit runs.
