During my tenure, we have completed:- An Investment Advisor RFP, for our very sizable Long Term Investment Pool, 2 well-funded DB Plans, and our Risk-Retention Group.- The implementation of an LDI (Liability-Driven) Investment Strategy for our well funded Pension Plans- 2 separate $50,000,000 Bond Refinances into Private Placement Bank debt- a $104,000,000 Cinderella Refunding Bond Refinance into Private Placement Bank debt- a $240 million Public Bond Offering in November of 2021- 2 $140 million Bond Issue in January of 2024 to support a system aquisition- Activated 6 initial Lockboxes in conjunction with an EPIC Revenue Cycle installation- Integrated the Treasury functions and activated a Lockbox for a recently affiliated entity- Instituted a Zero Balance, Parent funded Bank Account structure across all Guthrie entities- Developed and implemented a contingency Cash Retention Plan during the initial stages of COVID- An RFP process for a new Disbursement Bank and Commercial Credit Card vendor payment provider- An RFP and implementation of a new Merchant Card Payment ProcessorThis position is a member of the Finance Senior Leadership team - works closely with Corporate Revenue Cycle and Accounts Payable leadership - and directly with the CFO.
