•Oversee donor relations through personal contact, database management, gift acknowledgement, thank you’ s, gift tracking, and direct mail campaigns.•Implement planned giving strategies including living trust, bequest, life insurance, estates, and annuities. •Solicitation and development of private and instructional scholarships.•Implement group relations program, creating and maintaining supportive relationships with alumni, young alumni, future alumni, donors, community groups and leaders. •Supervise development of publications including appeal letters, newsletters and promotional items.•Budget preparation and management for admissions, annual fund, fundraising events, promotions and advertising.•Provide leadership and support for the grant development specialist.•Management and training of development office staff and volunteer Development Board. •Coordination of received charitable gifts and allocation with Missouri State University Foundation.
