- Advise Management and Business Unit in decision-making from HR perspective- Manage an efficient and effective delivery of international assignment processes- Manage Visa application & extension process- Handle tax filing and reporting of international employees’ pay & benefits- Coordinate with banking client and offshore team on payroll, employee compensation and pension scheme- Handle employee grievances and disciplinaries matter- Assist recruitment team on in-house requirements

- On-boarding for new hires of various job levels- Coordinate with vendors on employee compensation, pension and background checks- Be the first point of contact for 200+ contractors, internal payroll team and line manager- Support approval & timesheet management using SAP Fieldglass- Manage contract extension, gratuity, leave encashment and conversion with line manager- Handle work injury and EC claim- Support HR operations in maintaining Tracker and P-File and compiling spreadsheet reports

- Investigation into trustee reported non-compliance cases  - Gather and consolidate information from different parties to establish business cases- Summarize case details with report writing and deliver feasible and solid recommendations- Draft necessary documents with precisions, including Demand Letter, Letter before Action and Compilation of Default Contribution Records, and file Civil Claims- Assist in inspections of business establishments in relation to MPF matters- Solve MPF related enquires with professionalism

- Handle account opening and review documents prepared by team members as the role of checker- Perform background checks - Vet job advertisement applications- Maintain good rapport with employers to proceed clarification - Support in solving relevant enquires and complaints in prescribed timeframe
