Using UiPath, develop bots and tools to help clients automate processes that will speed up their business models and show an ROI as soon as possible. Helping develop reusable UiPath tools that will speed up development for future clients and project. Writing knowledgebase listings for future reference.

Working originally on an Agile Team, our team was the original team at Protective using Automation Anywhere to automate business processes. My role began as one of developer writing new automations and updating bots. Just a few months later, our senior developer and our team manager both left, leaving only me on the team, so the team merged with the Business Process Improvement team. This meant that I took on the added responsibility of managing the Control Room and maintaining the bot runner servers, and schedules. We also went through a software update, all while writing new bots, updating, and maintaining existing bots. During this same time, I was also instrumental in writing the original MS Power Automate flow to Protective.

Working on an Agile team, I wrote and maintained MS SQL stored procedures that furnished data to the bots working for the Equity department. These bots automated some of the more mundane yet important functions that must occur after a client has applied for an Equity loan. These bots might open and navigate to a particular website, log in, input certain information obtained from the database based on particular criteria, gather the data, read the output, then store the data in our database, then perhaps it would open another internal application, navigate to the appropriate application, perform a series of predetermined steps, inputting information, or selecting options, then saving and closing out of the application so than someone else might have access to the application. I was assisting with all aspects of the interaction with the database, passing the data to the bots, running the bots, maintaining the bots, and gathering the data back from the bots.

Responsible for inspecting and solving errors in printing processes through the software package. Some errors are in the data file, or possibly in one of the processes from the time we get the file until we can print, ship, and later track the results. Interaction with CSR team, as well as programmers, QA, and management are all part of daily life.We have a huge program that was written in-house several years ago, and our job is to maintain this file. Some of the pieces are written in C#.net while others are in VB.Net. Supporting the data valildation through Excel is also common.

Developing applications for end-users using C#.net, VB.net JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5. We are currently moving away from certain purchased software to developing in-house applications. I have written software for our Medicare Call Center, Medicare Enrollment, and am currently working on creating both an MS SQL database (including the database design, programming, views, and stored procedures) with software written in C#.net to manage provider information that will disperse the data to the various platforms that need this info.

Implemented new scheduling software, created multiple KPIs, created multiple databases to track Customer Satisfaction Survey scores

Instructed classes in using Access, Excel, Crystal Reports, Programming with VBA, Introduction to Programming with VB6. Also consulted using above software with various national and international companies.
