My input is integral to ensure equipment and operation integrity, reliability, and driving continuous improvement. Key accountabilities include: Single point of contact for all technical queries from both the client and internal personnel in the running and installation of Wellhead System, Completions, Vertical Monobore XT System and Workover System including all associated tooling. Authoring detailed Operation/Installation Procedures with the client for Offshore Operations. Developing effective working relationships with Client representatives. Liaison between all technical teams, internal, third party and client to ensure the correct technical outcome is achieved. Reporting non-conformances, performing Incident investigation, including implementing of remedial actions.  Documenting and implementing Lesson Learnt with the relevant design and Operation Integrity teams to ensure continuous improvement of product and service. Provide technical input into key decision-making processes, operability, and system design. Ensuring readiness of equipment for Operations, including supporting testing and maintenance of all equipment. Management and mentorship of local junior Engineers. Work with the operations plant to implement a schedule for tooling maintenance and spares management. Update the equipment delivery and operations team on the drilling schedule, adaptability is crucial to ensure this is met. In addition to installation support, I successfully planned and executed several Jumper make-ups and Choke change out operations where clear communication to the client, vessels, technicians, and third party ROV company was needed.
