Through data enabled, maintenance strategies we successully facilitated more accurate capital investment strategies ensuring capital plans were robust and value adding. During my initial period with City I also took a the lead role in negotiating new contracts with 2 clients worth circa £30m in annual turnover and opening up new business streams for the company.

This included budgeting and reporting of the performance of our 13 sites with combined turnover in excess of £12m per annum.Responsibility for all operational cash security at all large events catered for in Scotland as well as elements of the Open Golf Championship. This included devising and approving cash handling processes and procedures to ensure that all cash was handled safely and securely in sometimes challenging environments including football matches, concerts and raceday.Oversight and responsibility for the financial bid process for any new business opportunities with notable inclusions being the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014 and multiple successful contract extensions.
