Duties to Include: Generating ‘contracts of hire’ leads; planning, booking, invoicing and liasing with clients to ensure the best customer service - before, during and after their bookings/events. Managment of whole multi use site and its staff, organising FIs in relation to the Group Exercise timetable and future membership based products. Social media/marketing and Fusion campaign promotion, in order to drive membership sales based on KPI’s.

-Operation of the whole plant including our heat processing facility-Working with maintenance fitters to ensure the plants are fully maintained.-Replacing pumps, shafts and other components.-Electrical and mechanical fault finding on pumps and motors.- Daily loading of the plant feedstock-Assisting in plant maintenance, organizing and supervising a range of subcontractors when required for O&M tasks using a PPM regime- To continually improve and maintain the site PPM regime and daily work procedures-Goods reception and registration and stock control-Reporting of plant performance and activities-Ensuring compliance with emergency procedures-quality assurance programmes such as PAS110 -monitor operations using KPI’s-Accident reporting and investigation-Conducting regular site safety checks-Cleaning and house keeping of the whole site-Control of risks and hazards, including issue of risk assessment and method statements for works and access, etc.-Participate in a 24-7 call out roster
