Currently support all operations to meet performance metrics and financial goals for the reconditioning operations including body and paint shops, mechanic shops, and detail shops for 78 auction locations with gross annual revenues of $400M and 1900 employees. In this role, I implement processes to support key initiatives, product launches, and product development. I devise continuous improvement strategies. Additionally, I develop and provide training on SOPs for all recon operations and staff. I build and manage third-party vendor relationships. Also, I serve as Subject Matter Expert on tools and equipment.

Following a promotion, I advanced to lead operations and financial performance of five facilities with 300 staff and $30M in annual revenue. I drove all department functions for lot operations, vehicle entry, inspections, recon, dealer services, commercial accounts, and front office. In addition, I oversaw operations in North East and Cox Fleet Services.~ Led cross-functional team to establish 2015 Market Inclement Weather Plan and checklist for operating locations; key team member charged with developing National Inclement Weather SOP.~ Delivered strong leadership to teams to consistently achieve and surpass financial, operation metrics, policy compliance, and tool utilization goalsIn my initial position with the company, I oversaw operations of the reconditioning departments, leading all functions including quality, mix, and product management, staff training, HAPS, vendor relations, and sales to increase IBD and drive efficiency. I developed SOPs, waterborne paint integration, and mix management. Additionally, I negotiated advantageous sublet agreements for multiple locations.~ Spearheaded efforts to open 200,000 sq. ft. reconditioning facility that secures an average $1M in monthly EBITDA.

I trained and coached general managers to ensure top-quality performance and meet sales, EBITDAR, and customer service goals. In collaboration with managers, I developed budgets and strategic plans. Additionally, I oversaw staffing, hiring, and terminations. I built relationships with strategic partners, distributors, and vendors, and negotiated contracts.~ Delivered leadership for 18 direct reports overseeing 240 employees for district with $40M+ in annual sales.~ Increased location sales by more than 200% within first six months.

I managed relationships and work of contractors, and communicated with government agencies to handle permitting and licensure requirements. ~ Oversaw the planning and execution of successful grand opening, leading all marketing, promotional, and community outreach efforts to increase exposure and build company presence.~ In earlier position of General Manager, ABRA Suwanee (2002 – 2003), I led operations and teams across all departments of a collision repair center including shop production, quality control, and CSI.
