Researches new business opportunities for Flow Managemant Devices by researching and vetting new adjacent markets in the Liquid Measurement. This includes exploration of new market segments, business case formulation and prioritization, and working closely with commercial leadership to complement the FMD Portfolio. Additionally, oversee the customer service and field service groups of FMD.

Manage all national and international service for FMD Distribution and Service. Assist in growing our service offerings at our Texas and Pennsylvania offices. Manage a team of service technicians that travel globally to troubleshoot any oil and gas measurement issues as well as perform calibrations on oil and gas measurement equipment. Use logistic and budgetary skills to properly allocate FMD Distribution and Service resources. Ensure quality and safety protocols are mandated in all of our field service applications. Manage our service inventory to allow for just in time (JIT) services to be completed.

Supervisor of field service for the greater Pittsburgh and northeast region. Providing and overseeing exceptional prover, meter, and measurement device service. Also providing portable water draw calibrations to provers. Able to efficiently manage and complete service to get any Flow Management Devices or other providers equipment back to qualifications. Follow all API (American Petroleum Institute) standards and Flow Management Devices equipment typically exceed API standards.

Field Service Engineer for the service and installation of measurement devices for the oil and gas industry. Service and management of service personnel on a variety of small volume provers. Troubleshooting with customers and continuously maintaining their high quality measurement tools. Assist with equipment design and recommend new innovative technologies for continued prover advancement.

Quality testing on cement, concrete, and aggregate for various applications, including residential, commercial, and bridge work. Responsible for the management of quality control at a ready mix plant. Assist in the supervision and maintenance of a ready mix plant. Perform and document quality tests in accordance with national standards (ACI, ASTM). Assist in the development of new mix designs for lab trials based on test quality test results. Ensure quality materials through the active testing of raw materials and sampling raw materials for validation at the lab and conduct mix adjustments (at the plant or in the field) using admixtures as required.

Engineering contract position through AllTek Staffing in which I am employed as an engineer at ATI’s hot rolling and processing facility. Use engineering and management skills to assist in operating a roughing mill. Provide support of all operations by investigating process control related issues by coordinating with process superintendents, engineers, operators, and technicians. Assist with maintenance to further understand the intricacies of the state of the art hot rolling and processing facility.

Provide engineering and onsite supervision for exploration and development programs focusing on curve and lateral drilling operations. Work closely with operations staff and engineering support staff to oversee drilling techniques and supervise new technology in a safe, cost effective and responsible manner. Assist in the design of casing strings and cementing plans as well as directional drilling plans. Select appropriate equipment and provide support and supervision once the drilling begins, and collect information and evaluate the formations penetrated to make sure that drilling is efficient and in line with regulations. In addition, analyze information and estimate costs over the course of the whole project.

Provide engineering and onsite supervision for exploration and development programs focusing on horizontal drilling operations. Work closely with operations staff and engineering support staff to oversee drilling techniques and supervise new technology in a safe, cost effective and responsible manner. Communicate with contractors and other rig employees to complete the drilling of new wells, specifically the curve and lateral on a OBM rig.

Receiving training in various engineering skills in the areas of drilling (horizontal and vertical) and completions. Training and developing engineering skills in a field environment. Learning and developing skills in production engineering such as production forecasting, maximizing production for natural gas wells, cost estimating, budgeting and AFE preparation. Using statistical analyses and other diagnostic tools used in production logging, well testing and flow analysis to identify opportunities for improving production.

Geomechanical work for the NuStim branch of NuTech Energy Alliance. The petrophysical analysis of oil and gas wells to determine hydraulic fracture depths and locations. Wells for exploration and production companies are submitted for evaluation, analyzed to determine a fracture process (proppant concentration, pressure, fracture depths), then finally results or scenarios are presented in terms of Net Present Values to determine the best fracture methodology.Writing a Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) paper that described the NuTech processes: NuLook Petrophysics, NuStim Geomechanics, NuView 3D Reservoir Modeling. Paper also explains the in-field benefits NuTech has provided.
