Joseph Lauko is senior vice president, Electronic Warfare & Services at SRC, Inc., a research and development company with more than 55 years of experience in defense, environment and intelligence. Together, SRC and SRCTec, Inc., its manufacturing and logistics support company, are redefining possible® by delivering unique, next-generation solutions of national significance to keep America safe and strong. As a vice president, Mr. Lauko is responsible for P&L management, strategic planning, and business development for his division. He takes an active role in establishing corporate strategic goals and objectives; establishing and overseeing strategic customer and contractor alliances and customer satisfaction initiatives; and for overseeing corporate financial status and resource allocation. Mr. Lauko has also lead efforts at SRC in the establishment of commercial and international subsidiaries. Mr. Lauko lead the effort to establish FourV, a wholly owned commercial subsidiary of SRC, based on big data technology developed within his division. Mr. Lauko has also lead efforts to establish SRC's first foreign subsidiaries, SRC AUS Pty Ltd, an Australia base electronic warfare company, SRC CAN, a Canadian based electonic warfare company and SRC UK, a UK based electronic warfare company. Mr. Lauko serves as President of SRC AUS, SRC CAN and SRC UK.
