Responsible for the internal training of current volunteers, and the external training of university student staff members in Active Listening Skills.Internal training- Provision of 1st Aid and Self Defense training for all volunteers.External training- Organising a training weekend for 100-150 potential new volunteers, including sourcing respected guest speakers in key area of mental health.- Coordinating a team of 30 volunteers to provide a professional and unified appearance.- Providing sessions in Active Listening to external organisations within the university.This role also includes being a representative for the organisation, as all other volunteers remain anonymous.

Volunteered for a student run listening service similar to the Samaritans.Open from 9pm - 7am every night of term, I answered calls which were often of a sensitive nature.

- Responsible for the maintenance of the organisation's accounts.- Applies for funding.- Maintains established connections with valued donors.

- Responsible for the promotion and running of environmentally themes events within the college.- Fronted a week long campaign during 'Environment Week' and organised events for each day.
