My 25+ years of experience in the behavioral sciences have led me to this role as an organizational diagnostician and facilitator. Partnering with individuals, teams, and the whole of the organization via a systems approach to align these entities to best achieve substantive change and development.Engagements include HR and leader consultation/development to best develop organization development initiatives.

Delivered Behavioral Health/Risk Mitigation services and programs; collaborated with medical team regarding FFD assessments and RTW recommendations. Designed and implemented training and behavioral health initiatives (anger management, peer safety and mentoring programs, health/wellness presentations) to employees throughout the organization. Functioned as liaison between treatment and external resources to monitor and facilitate employees' continued health and well-being.

Respnsible for marketing & sales of three product lines (Behavioral Health, Medical, Environmental Health). Conducted over 125 presentations and secured over $8.2 million in sales covering 2.5 million federal lives. Member of the Business Opportunity Support Team, designed and implemented numerous behavioral health services (OD, WorkLife Services, Mediation Services) and managed 125+ Federal Agencies (account management).

Designed, implemented and managed operations of this healthcare organization's first employee behavioral health program (EAP and Wellness Program). Assumed newly created position of Director, Chemical Dependency Services in 2005, managed over 20 staff on a thirty bed inpatient Substance Abuse detoxification program. Co-designed (with Medical Director) all aspects of program (policies, procedures, education/treatment program).
