Technical Director (Air Force And Army Programs Group)
Current- Responsible for Strategic Planning, Business Development, Personnel Development, Capability Development, Quality Assurance, and analytic team/task Leadership across the group, in support of other divisions, and SPA leadership.- Leader in SPAs Technology Communities. Fosters technical collaboration across Groups and Divisions in Operations Analysis, Software Development, Data Science, and Systems Engineering through online and in-person engagement. Founding member of the SPA Operations Analysis Corporate Advisory Board.- Developing new capabilities to address the needs of our Air Force and DoD customers by developing and expanding existing AFSIM M&S capabilities and leveraging SPA's Flagship model Cyber Assassin/Archer to deliver integrated network, cyber, and communications analysis.- Supporting the end-to-end business development pipeline. Identifying new opportunities, conducting capture activities, supporting proposal response, and engaging with customers and partners to ensure SPA is selected to deliver world-class support to our DoD customers.- Working with leadership and technical staff to identify opportunities for new capabilities. Collaborates with other Tech Leaders across SPA to drive innovation. Examples include SPA's new Analytics Laboratory and the development of AFSIM MBSE capabilities.- Utilizing MATLAB to simulate aircraft carrier flight operations supporting a Johns Hopkins University/Applied Physics Lab project for NAVAIR. Capturing max employment range and operations tempo capabilities for various configurations of Carrier Air Wings made up of different combinations of current and next-generation carrier aircraft.
