I have over 30 years of experience in intelligence analysis, ISR employment, and joint air operations and planning, blending impeccable technical credentials with combat-proven operational experience and organizational leadership.My accomplishments at SPA include leading teams of analysts to: - Develop and execute innovative quantitative exploitation studies for USINDOPACOM - Enable DARPA and the US Army to evaluate and understand the potential applications and challenges of swarming UAV capabilities, focusing on advanced C2 technologies. - Conduct kill chain analysis for USD(R&E)'s Office of Net Technical Assessment, and shape the technology investment decisions of USD(AT&L) and USD(R&E).
