Responsible for managing field supervisors. Primary objective is the planning and placement of supervisors, field labor, and equipment to achieve installation and service of Mikropul collectors and Pneumafil Gas Turbine equipment according to sales requirements. Provides Labor estimates for quoting purposes for installation and retrofits to all Mikropul, Aftermarket, and Pneumafil Gas turbine and systems sales personnel. Defines specifications and writes request for quotes to all vendors for labor on installation, and retrofits, receives bids ensures all specifications are met and makes recommendations on selection of mechanical, and electrical contractors.Safety Manager for all field services. Stay’s abreast of all OSHA, and MSHA directives, and changes to programs. Schedules training, contracts outside instructors or conducts safety training himself. Maintains all records associated with safety and is responsible for ensuring that all field personnel have proper equipment, training, and adhere to all OSHA and MSHA standards. Pre screens all Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to ensure they meet OSHA and MSHA requirements and approves their safety programs to qualify them as a vendor. Fills out all safety pre-qualification packages from customers. Maintains passing grades on all safety screeners sites, IE ISnetworld, Avetta, Browze, Houston Area Safety Council and Baton Rouge Safety Council.Preventative Maintenance Service Manager. Provides labor quotes to Aftermarket Sales for all Gas Turbine filter and cooler media change-outs, and all collector filter change-outs as well as basic maintenance on this equipment. Contracts vendors, equipment and schedules supervisory personnel to perform this work.
