Currently leading a high-performing Engineering Application team to manage the development and support for the corporate Jira services including both on-prem and cloud-based Atlassian products, company-wide usage of ServiceNow, and R&D Stack Overflow application. (2023) As the ServiceNow platform owner, successfully completed the companywide ServiceNow ITSM Pro implementation migrating from BMC Helix ITSM. (2018-2019)Managed and successfully completed on schedule and under budget a companywide Jira implementation project for R&D issue and project tracking processes. Also established the necessary governance and change management process surrounding the use and change request of the new Jira platform. (2017)Led and successfully completed a companywide IT Service Management implementation with the cloud-based BMC Remedy OnDemand. (2007-2013)Designed and created a project management solution for the R&D product development project tracking process and various add-on tools using the SAP CRM platform. Also extended/integrated the SAP CRM’s customer defect tracking process to the R&D product development project tracking process. Successfully deployed the solution to various R&D business units. (2003-2004)Led and successfully completed the product defect tracking branch of the companywide SAP CRM implementation which established company’s customer service management platform.

- Led the SAP Production Orders team under the SAP & Re-engineering project in support of the SAP/Fulfillment Center and Fabricator implementation for the IBM Server Group Manufacturing worldwide.- Designed and enabled in SAP the re-engineered production processes that met the business requirements and the corporate business control guidelines.- Prepared proper documentation of the designed processes and the user procedures. - Led the New Products materials team responsible for logistical support of AS/400 circuit technology prototyping and new product releases at the worldwide level. - Performed coordination of engineering changes between R&D and Manufacturing including materials plan changes- Met aggressive schedules and delivered significant product releases in 1993, 1994, and 1995.

- Designed a new logistical process that facilitated the asset protection requirement and improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the re-utilization process for used parts and computers returned from the field.- Implemented the ISO 9001 Standard at the department level in support of IBM Rochester's registration schedule. IBM Rochester, the 1990 Malcolm Baldrige winner, was ISO 9001 registered in December 1992.

The major objective of the project was to create recommendations to control demand uncertainty and optimize serviceability and all aspects of production costs. A demand management philosophy incorporating JIT and general SIE concepts to foster a better demand and supply process was recommended as a result of the project. When applied to Marketing and Manufacturing, demand management will help produce smooth final assembly schedules and enhance forecasting. These advantages minimize production costs while pursuing 100% due-date performance.

- Performed inventory pipeline analyses and controlled MRP planning parameters for all AS/400 products to reduce cycle time and inventory. - Successfully identified excess inventory and reduced pipeline inventory by 15% in 1990.- Developed a DB II based inventory profiling system to streamline the process of the inventory pipeline analysis. IBM Rochester was recognized as the leading site within the corporation for its techniques of inventory pipeline analysis and the performance of its DB II based computer system.
