Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace- Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions- Work closely with Marketing Services to identity market opportunities and provide constant flow of customer focused market information. Ongoing Business Development efforts targeting new accounts and strategic relationships in Asia Pacific and overseas.- Establish communication channels which contribute efficiencies between departments for order and delivery requirements. Clarify relationships between jobs, avoiding overlaps, and gaps in responsibility. Continue improving customer services and bringing values to customers.- Responsible for working closely with Project Managers to develop and implement accounts based upon standard SOP's.- Assess and justify any additional customer service resources for any new business or any change in operations for the customer service team. Promote teamwork across different functional departments and across regions and set as an example- Responsible for maintaining tempo of projects and programs and overall performance.- Provide constant stream of account information to Operation group.- Prioritize customer base to ensure target accounts are within rules of engagement and a good fit with existing target account profiles.- Assist in the development of training programs for future business development needs in Asia Pacific and overseas.
