As the VP of Operations at Preflex Digital Prepress Serivices, I lead a holistic team of 15 graphic professionals in delivering high-quality packaging prepress services for various industries, such as corrugated, pressure sensitive, POPs, and folding carton. With over 34 years of experience in the packaging prepress industry, I have developed skills sets in creative direction, print production, color theory, screening technology, and best practices for different printing methods, such as flexographic, rotogravure, offset, and lithography.I am passionate about creating and developing brand extensions, engineering workflows, and solving complex packaging design challenges. I enjoy inspiring, educating, sharing, consulting, listening, mentoring, and learning from the greatest graphics production art team I have ever been associated with. I also serve as the President on the Board of Directors of Clover Park Technical College Foundation, where I give back to the school that helped me start my career and support the education of tomorrow's workforce.
