- Responsible for the tactical fire direction of the Field Artillery Battalion. - Train, test, and verify the technical fire direction competency of Battery Fire Direction Officers and Fire Direction Chiefs. - Supervise and mentor a team of 8 Soldiers, emphasizing career development and military occupation skills.

-Manage and assess Fort Barfoot’s range requirements model with range utilization to determine future training requirements. -As the Range Complex Master Planning Manager, determine future projects requiring federal government funding by drafting project proposals for NGB review. -Provide estimated costs, staffing, and utilization requirements to meet future training needs. -Act as the liaison between customers and the organization, planning on-site visits with future customers and orienting customers to the facility’s capabilities and limitations to facilitate training.-Invoice government and non-government organizations for services used on Fort Barfoot.

• Responsible for the operations and maintenance of over $75 million dollars of Counter-UAS and rocket systems• Held engagement authority for multiple kinetic and non-kinetic C-UAS systems on a diplomatic site• Engaged with military and civilian stakeholders to improve C-UAS defense design• Extensive knowledge of enemy UAS systems, tactics, and countermeasures specializing in groups 1-3• Successfully engaged and destroyed a hostile Group 2 fixed-wing UAS with kinetic measures• Trained Air Defense Soldiers on C-UAS equipment, tactics, capabilities, and limitations to improve training and readiness for future combat rotations

• Executed the development and coordination of mobilization activities and requirements• Served as the point of contact with higher headquarters and outside organizations on policies, procedures, and other aspects of mobilization.• Coordinated unit activities leading up to mobilization and briefed the Commander on unit responsibilities and logistical frameworks leading up to deployment.• Engaged with senior military leaders to refine mobilization processes and procedures

• Led a team of 10 Soldiers to successfully fire over 50 rounds of artillery in training• Commanded a team of over 20 armed Soldiers at the U.S. Capitol following the Jan. 6 incident• Graduated Joint Fires Observer School as the Honor Graduate (Top in class, 2021)• Graduated Unit Movement Officer School and Unit Prevention Leader School (2021)

• Participated in several Command Post Exercises and Division Warfighters, demonstrating competency in fires planning, tactics, techniques, and procedures• Engaged in multiple target working groups and combined arms rehearsals to brief higher echelon military leaders on how field artillery can best support the mission of maneuver elements in training• Safely planned, requested, and observed hundreds of artillery rounds in training

I enlisted in the VA Army National Guard in September 2013. After completing Basic Combat Training, I contracted as a Cadet with ODU ROTC, learning the foundation of military leadership and tactics.
