I am a hard working individual with a wide rang of engineering skills developed through 9 years in the trade. I have always thrived to ensure people have a positive outlook on my work and how I perform within my job. Whilst working for DS Smith Packaging Louth, I have developed both as a person and an engineer, working within a skilled and productive engineering team from an apprentice, shadowing engineers before me and learning the trade. To now leading jobs and bringing apprentices through their training as I once did.The industry I have worked in has given me a elevated understanding of health and safety within engineering and this knowledge is taken into every task I perform, I feel this is an extremely important attribute to have when working within any company.
