Spearheaded core Database PM & Product Strategy team responsible for the entire Japan market, helping to drive $800+ Million USD revenues annually.★ Closed 1st security deal involving the Japanese Cabinet and Prime Minister's office (under former Prime Minister Abe's office).★ Worked closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Strategy, and Leadership teams and closed and renewed multiple accounts of hundreds-of-thousands to multi-million-dollar deals.★ Leading a team responsible for increased marketability, roadmaps, visibility, and annual revenue of Oracle Japan's near one-billion-dollar core product lines (80% of Oracle Japan's annual revenues at the time) by identifying and creating key opportunities, recommending go-to-market business strategies, and enhancements to existing and M&A products.★ Ensured that all customer standards were exceeded by focusing on key product enhancements, business development, and product management for all Oracle Database and BI products.★ For a memorable moment with a customer (a global Japanese technology company), I was the pre-sales engineer, product manager, speaker (at the customer event), and a services consultant to help close and deliver a deal where I got my hands dirty and helped implement and deliver a working product in a record 1 week. It goes without saying that I had a lot of help from amazing colleagues and leaders. This was one of those great educational moments that would live with me forever. The commitment to the customer solidified and strengthened our relationship with them, ultimately leading to furthering our revenue growth, where I also gained relationships for life.★ Reported directly to Japan's Head of Sales, Head of Product, CEO, and office of the COO as key liaison between Oracle US HQ, Oracle Japan, and our key customers for all ongoing activities of major Database products, BI product lines, and M&A product strategy.

I was instrumental to startup efforts in Australia, serving as support engineer and localization manager for processing millions of dollars in services with a small team. I helped grow the operation and open the Japan office, providing product development and management for an enterprise search platform that was acquired by Oracle in 2012. My contributions include:★ Oversaw product management, engineering support, quality assurance, and pre-sales leadership as company opened an office in Japan; proved instrumental to hiring team and developing partnerships/alliances.★ Recognized as subject matter expert for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean (CJK) language related issues.

In 2001, I was recruited to serve as the sole System Administrator for all outgoing Japanese translation modules, maintaining 15+ databases, more than 10 servers, and all related backups for the Global Translation Center in Tokyo, Japan. I later transitioned to work with a four-member team in Sydney Australia during Oracle acquisition of PeopleSoft.
