New Physical Branch config and implementation including traveling onsite for light up. Supported 65 - Citrix RDS Server Environment on a VMWare ESX based platform. Implemented RSA Security Risk-Based Authentication (RBA) tokenless 2-Factor Authentication for our large Citrix environment. Third level escalation support.
