Having a solid grounding in people development I am currently involved in:Designing a Leadership & Management Development Programme to offer a full corporate degree.Ensuring alignment of programme to Leadership & Management competency framework.Coaching and supporting attendees throughout the programme.Implementing a robust method of measurement to ensure a minimum return on investment of 125%.Instrumental in the development of the group leadership and management development framework.Selection, negotiation and management of partner organisations.Facilitation of programmes from Supervisors through to Regional Directors.Liaising with Divisional Business Partners to identify current performance trends.

Nationwide delivery of HSE, Induction, Customer Service and Management Development courses. Review and monitoring of HSE course effectiveness and improving where necessary. The role also included delivering training in France for a personal development course.Key responsibilities:Designing, developing and delivering a HSE training package for branch managers and supervisors.Liaising with the HSE team to determine priority areas.Managing and assisting Management Development Courses.Mentoring graduate trainees in career development.Coaching and supporting high potential employees through the personal development course.

Responsible for the management of 12 teams of drainage operatives carrying out industrial and domestic work on behalf of several insurance companies and other blue chip organisations including: Royal & Sun Alliance, McDonalds, Churchill, AXA, Sainsburys and The Co-Operative.The role involved:Travelling nationwide to cost and supervise work.Implementation and development of health, safety and customer service training.Customer account management.Liaison with surveyors and engineers for problem resolution.
