Perform restock duties daily: replenishing all products from all departments. Receiving and processing shipments. Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean and organized. Pulling size runs on new products and products in need of replenishment. Assist in merchandising and visual displays when needed. Create new organizational methods for keeping track of back stock items and supply of footwear. Routinely work in the Mountain Hardwear store stockroom where similar duties are performed with a focus on keeping order in a smaller space.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to resin casting, refining sculptural works and detailing, prepping materials for use by artist, general clean up, and consistently using power tools such as electric sanders and the GOP 300 SCE to accomplish tasks.

Assist with installing and de-installing exhibitions, work a myriad of varying tasks for special events including alcohol monitor, security, and/or greeter, gallery sitting for exhibitions, greeting and interacting with patrons, answering patron questions and informing them of current and future exhibitions, general cleanup and maintenance of gallery space, and opening and closing of the gallery during open hours.

Handled high volume transactions, returns, and exchanges. Managed consistent customer flow on a daily basis processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Restocked accessories department and kept register areas clean and orderly. Organized back stock accessories and assisted in other departments when needed with restock and end of the day clean up. Operated two engraving machines simultaneously working on orders, made creative and aesthetic recommendations to customers to highlight personalized messages, kept orders organized by date and time to be completed, quickly and efficiently completed orders to customer specifications, restocked products, managed a high volume of orders, answered customer inquiries about engraving process and general product information, assisted with visual and seasonal displays for the holidays.
