Responsible for the Thrifty brand at one of the top 30 US rental markets. -Responsible for transitioning staff over to Hertz methods and policies while retaining their own individual culture.- Maintained responsibility for Thrifty fleet -Drove complete culture change that eliminated wasteful practices and brought focus to Customer Satisfaction, Utilization and Revenue Management. Initiatives led during my time at location have continued and the location continues to be one of the top performing Thrifty brands in the division.-In second half of tenure took on shared responsibilties for Hertz brand as well.
