Manage Product Services & Facilities Support staff of 15+ covering large scale media, buffer prep, glasswash, facilites sanitization in support of Herceptin production. Responsibilities/achievements included… • Start-up of new manufacturing facility for contract manufacturing of Herceptin thru FDA licensure, • Start-up of MES system for electronic formulation records (new to site for commercial manufacturing), • Process & Environmental investigations review/approval, • Built/maintained constructive relationships with internal partners and external client via licensing preparation (ie. Viral Risk Assessment and Inspection Readiness) during the start-up and tech transfer phase of the project
