As a leader in our Strategy & Transformation function, I am accountable for the enterprise internal consulting and automation organization, Special Operations, that modernizes our operations through simplification, redesign and automation. Special Operations supports all functions in Discover through a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives that leverage the use of process improvement/Lean, management consulting and automation capabilities. The team contains three functions (Lean, Management Consulting, & Automation) which leverage process design and improvement, statistical analysis, process monitoring and control, standardization, and automation techniques (RPA, BPM, etc) leading to significant revenue growth, cost avoidance, risk mitigation, defect reduction, improved customer satisfaction, and increased quality of products or services across the firm.

Accountable for the creation and oversight of the enterprise RPA Tiger Team, dedicated to solving high-volume and high-impact processes with use of Robotic Process Automation. With the help of process improvement experts paired with RPA engineers, the team implemented and identified $10M+ in opportunity within 6 months of team creation. - Leading the scaling strategy for RPA across the enterprise, which currently consists of 30+ FTEs - Accountable for the RPA CoE and Advisory Council

- Coached and directly managed a team of Lean Six Sigma Black + Green Belts aimed to solve Discover’s most critical business constraints- Directly supported Discover’s Executive Committee through the execution of several critical projects spanning across the enterprise

As a Managing Consultant in the IBM Smarter Process organization, I led Lean Six Sigma efforts, internal strategy initiatives and coached employees on Design Thinking, Agile and Lean methods.
