Avery Dennison recently announced the sale of the OCP business pending regulatory approval with an expected closing date of 6/30/13. • Responsibilities include all financial aspects of global business support including identification of and executing against profit generating opportunities, strategy development, forecasting, controllership, financial reporting, asset management, process improvement, leadership development and organizational design.• Led division finance activities for the 24 month OCP sale process including development of offering memorandum, management presentations to strategic and private equity buyers, data room management, due diligence, carve-out analysis and pre-merger integration support.• Partnered across the division to develop and execute a strategy change and complete transformation of the North American business from “manage for cash” to growth through innovation. Team accomplishments from 2009-2012 include new product revenue growth of 380% to $58 million with minimal capital investment, establishment of key metrics, performance reporting and formal gate review process. • Directed and supported cross-functional teams tasked with achieving cost of capital returns across a commoditized portfolio. • Selected by the Corporate CEO to lead the merger integration activities for the acquisition of a US multi-national business with revenues of $900 million and 12,000 employees conducting business in 42 countries. • Responsibilities included global coordination and prioritization of divisional, corporate and external resources to support 21 integration teams and execution of 70 synergy projects across Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain and back office operations.• Accomplishments included successful Day 1 transition, putting in place the global organization structure 120 days post close and achieving target run rate synergies of $120 million 18 months ahead of plan without impacting service to the customer. • Integration Team presented the Corporate Leadership Excellence Award• Led the pre merger integration activities of a privately held Taiwanese company having global revenues of $100 million and 2,000 employees.

• Directed the Finance and IT functions for 3 divisions with total revenue of $120 million encompassing 4 manufacturing and 11 distribution sites in North America, Europe and Asia. • Partnered cross-functionally to drive changes in strategy, performance measurement and reporting enabling identification of critical success factors and improved prioritization of resources. Achievements included a 200 basis point increase in profitability and a 3X improvement in new product revenue growth.• Led financial modeling, due diligence and integration for a small German acquisition. • Supported successful ERP system selection and implementation for UK and China businesses.
