I am passionate about solving customer challenges, supporting and collaborating with the people around me, developing new skills, and using my strengths to provide value for my company and our customers.In my first role as an engineer in a rotation program, I learned the aerospace gas turbine industry as a structural engineer, project engineer, and repair and overhaul process engineer.Upon completion of that 18-month program, I moved into a project engineering role, gaining experience in project management, customer support, and cost saving projects. While in this role, I took part time classes to earn a Master's in Business Administration to broaden my knowledge base in strategic management, B2B marketing, data analytics, and leadership.After graduation, I was presented with a great opportunity to join a high growth company in the fast-paced pharmacy automation industry as a Customer Experience Program Leader (CXPL). I've quickly learned how to manage a high visibility customer relationship, drive success and improvement of a complicated software-driven system, and lead cross functional efforts to provide quick solutions for customer success. In just under 2 years, I've led the development of a new customer experience program, supported the launch of 7 full automation facilities and transitioned each to our CX program. After winning iA's 2022 award for Customer Centricity and being promoted to Sr CXPL, I am excited to build and continue to lead our CX team to support and transition 10 additional sites over the next year. I am excited to continue to grow in my current role; to bring my work ethic, positive attitude, and past experience to bring value to iA and our customers; and to explore any future opportunities to serve in different roles, levels of responsibility, or industries.
