Single-handedly building, maintaining, and troubleshooting each alongside many other hospitality systems with which they interface. The environments engineered serve roughly 15 internal development teams including upwards of 100 individual users who use them for development, QA, and UAT. Working familiarity with many Oracle products including WebLogic, 11g database, RAC database, F5 firewall hardware, SQLplus, and SQL Developer.Deliver non-production environments in a timely manner through automation and request prioritization, with consideration to the enterprise's greater needs. Grew non-production PMS availability from environments consisting of two stand-alone hotels, and one ASP with a total of nine interfaces, to more than 20 stand-alone, and seven ASP environments totaling 34 supported resorts with hundreds of active interfaces using multiple Opera PMS application versions. The administration of each non-production environment includes ensuring PII and PCI compliance, reducing security vulnerabilities, maintaining up-to-date software versions, and limiting downtime to provide required environmental integrity. Provided full-time management of two select-service hotels which included responsibilities of yield management, revenue forecasting, budgeting, management of teams up to 30, human resources, accounting, loss prevention, and marketing.In my roles as both an Assistant General Manager and General Manager, I was asked to perform task-force management at other hotel locations struggling with operations.

Opened the new hotel while the ownership group searched for a permanent General Manager. Coordinated logistics between contractors, owners, and staff.
