My objective is to provide support to the Institutional Advancement/Fundraising staff by:1. Developing and implementing policies to guide data entry, proper coding and enhance the database2, Importing/exporting data from various sources,3.,The creation of queries & reports for but not limited to mailing lists, financial reports, data hygiene and analytical reports.4. Creation of a moves management system for fundraisers.5. Creation of a reporting system to allow fundraisers to track proposal progress from the planning stage to closing, including proposals that are funded and in various stages.6. Ensuring that staff are trained in the proper use of Raiser's Edge and RE NXT.7. Put in place proper quality controls to make sure information is entered correctly.8. Making sure that the database effectively captures donor and prospect information and generates accurate financial and analytical reports.9.
