I am an employment and labour lawyer specialising in employment litigation, individual employment law, collective employment (labour law) and general employment law.I have specialised in this field since 1996. My client base is made up of corporates in the Mining, Transport, Gaming, Manufacturing, Energy and Information Technology industries. I assist local and international companies wishing to conduct business in South Africa with Employment and Labour Law advice. I also advise my clients on all aspects of Employment and Labour Law ranging from business reorganisations, business transfers, board reorganisations, senior executive terminations and the drafting of employment contracts for senior executives. I have significant labour litigation experience having represented clients in the labour and Labour Appeal Courts of South Africa. I was previleged to be appointed as an acting Judge of the Labour Court.I was appointed a director in 1999. In addition to being a full-time practitioner I am integrally involved in the management structures of our South African practice and am a member of Norton Rose's Supervisory Board in South Africa.
