I am a driven and inspired individual striving to reach my targets and aspirations. At the age of 18 during the height of the Coronavirus, I obtained an internship working for a company called, The Leverage Model. The internship I obtained was focusing on project coordination, helping entrepreneurs start their adventures while helping experienced entrepreneurs grow and expand their businesses. My Internship taught and provided me with a great deal of experience I needed to grow as a professional but more importantly as an individual. While I was interning at The Leverage Model, I was looking for opportunities to kick start my career in the best way possible, this is when I found Auger. Throughout my years of study from GCSEs to A-levels I would always strive for the best grades and results possible, therefore, when I started my search for my apprenticeship I took the same drive and hunger I had to obtain my grade and put that into my apprenticeship search, resulting in me obtaining a Level 6 Apprenticeship in Business Management at Auger. I am currently working at Auger as a Business Management Apprentice, focusing on planning and executing projects to enhance customer service and improve business development. While working at Auger, they are supporting and assisting me in completing my studies at Liverpool John Moors University. Throughout my apprenticeship, I have been given the opportunity to experience different aspects of our business providing me the practical experience to support my studies. I am proud to work for Auger, leading underground services and subsidence specialist working exclusively for the insurance industry across the UK. We are a data-led business, harnessing in-house developed technology to deliver a customer journey deserving of our exceptional NPS of over 80. With 27 years of expertise in our sector and a nationwide, directly employed workforce trained in ‘the Auger way’, our clients and customers can truly rely on us to do ‘whatever it takes.
