Customer base ranges from Paper Mills, Metal Working, HVAC, Appliance, Automotive, Medical, Furniture, Woodworking and Electronics.- Aiding in the business planning process of 3M Industrial Customer Solutions Representatives to help them achieve their goals while offering product education. - Bring knowledge of the manufacturing techniques and methods in the marketplace to help end-users be successful.

- Focused on providing custom solutions to end-users who need unique constructions with 3M bonding materials. Markets included Appliance, Lighting, Automotive, Electronics, Medical and General Industrial. - Took part in business planning for yearly goals with 3M Preferred Converters in the marketplace while fostering deep long term relationships. - Participated in developing marketing programs to grow sales at assigned 3M Preferred Converters. Programs ranged from Google Adword campaigns to hosting Webinars to educate and create awareness of 3M Solutions in front of large audiences. - Became knowledgeable on available machinery used in the industry for lamination and diecut methods from rotary, laser, water jet and other various methods. - Knowledgeable on marketplace substrates and surface energies for product recommendations in the assembly process with adhesives.
