Working as part of the New Business team within the LeasePlan SME Team, initially as office based before becoming field based as my role progressed. My focus was on Fleet sizes ranging from 10 - 100 based within the UK and Internationally. -Identifying, prospecting and converting new business both locally and internationally.-Cold Calling, face to face meetings, client presentation and the working of inbound leads.-Building strong relationships, focusing on customer service-Account managing all new customer for the first 12 months with LeasePlan.-LeasePlan UK Salesperson of the Year for 2017.

Working as part of the LeasePlan Go customer services team, this role was the perfect stepping stone into the Business Development team.-Providing support to all LeasePlan GO (now SME) customers, as well as sales support.-Keeping to all given SLA's both set by LeasePlan and customers.-Assisting with new product launches-Taking ownership all work, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the core of everything-Being an expert all systems used by LeasePlan, both back of house and customer facing-Building relationships, both externally and internally.

Working as part of the store management team, initially based within the restaurant in the Northampton store, I was then promoted to manage the restaurant within the Milton Keynes store, whilst also managing Northampton.- Leading a team of 10 in Northampton and 21 in Milton Keynes- Full P&L responsibility for the food services department within both stores.- Duty management responsibilities for the full store - Northampton.- Getting the Northampton site to No 1 in the company (food Services) for Sales & Growth v LY.- Ensuring both sites achieved over 80% in the monthly mystery shop. With Northampton getting its highest ever score of +98%- Bringing the Northampton store from a 68% (fail) internal audit score prior to my arrival to a pass of 80% within my first two months.

Working as part of the hotel management team, with specific responsibility of the Food & Beverage department, as well as duty manager in the absence of the General Manager.-Responsible for setting and achieving, in which for the first time in 6 years the department was on course to exceed plan.- Responsible for a team of 15 staff.- Running events for up to 200 people, with Christmas 2013 being the most successful in terms of parties, attendees and profit since the hotel opening.- Attending monthly HOD Meetings
