Proofread all writing and the writing of colleagues for scientific, biographical, historical, and artistic accuracy. -Structure writing to adhere to industry standards of equity, equality, and accessibility. -Proof, edit, and provide constructive feedback for colleague writing. -Coordinate with gift officers on effective communication strategies for individual donors. This includes preferred language, museum initiatives, acknowledgement of officer/donor rapport, and giving histories. -Coordinate with museum educators and professionals on content creation with particular adherence to institutional voice, accuracy, legibility, and timeliness. Writing projects range in subject. Sample focus areas include the history of American art, scientific research and its import, social equity and accessibility, STEM education, and philanthropic impact.
