-Serve as a primary resource and Subject Matter Expert in providing accounting and analytic support to a broad array of public and private security types.-Actively support Corporate Action event processing and the coordination of information flow between Portfolio Management, Custodian and Client entities -Generate and distribute standardized reporting and datasets for institutional client accounts across multiple asset classes.-Develop a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the use, capabilities, and maintenance of the Aladdin portfolio management system-Ownership of reference data and investment characteristics of multiple security types while supporting Portfolio Management, Quantitative Research, Trading, and other Firm constituencies-Serve as the primary responsible in managing Class Action administration and processing

-Provide portfolio managers with daily reporting of investable cash for USD and multi-currency portfolios-Provide investment related operational and analytic support to internal business units and external clientele-Facilitate daily trade settlement in FED, DTC, and Euroclear markets-Participate in on-boarding of new portfolios into current operational processes, off-boarding, and other activities related to client servicing and administration-Assist in special projects and ad-hoc requests from other business units-Train new hires and act as a resource to less experienced team members

-Coordinate timely settlements on Syndicated Loan and Private Placement trades-Monitor and process activity and reconcile cash/prepare cash management reports on bank loan accounts-Reconcile CLO asset attributes to CLO trustee-Consistently meet Portfolio Service’s service level commitments to clientele and management-Respond to various information requests regarding current private placement holdings

I serve as an executive board member at Northern Illinois University for the Evans Scholars. The Evans Scholar house consists of 40 college students attending school on a full housing and tuition scholarship earned through good grades, financial need, outstanding character, and a superb caddy record. I was elected to the board in January to serve for the spring and fall semesters of 2013. Responsibilities I hold as an executive board member include: maintaining our house website and updating current events, keeping track of house stamps and envelopes, and influencing incoming scholars to strive in school and ask for help if needed.
